Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Accents by Geisha. We take great care in preparing and shipping every order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom and monogrammed items may require 5–7 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Calculated at checkout

Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $85

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at checkout

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
