*It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct address and retrieve the package from home or the post office for signature, failure to do so and parcel is returned to sender, buyer is responsible to pay for shipping for second time for item to be shipped once again.
this is a custom item, please be sure to spell and to choose your colors  correctly, if in doubt, please contact me so I can send you a picture of the color you have chosen, color of actual item may look different from the picture because of lighting. there’s no return on this item unless there’s an incorrect color/spelling on our part or faulty and cannot be fixed.
